An entrepreneur with expertise in theoretical linguistics and application software development, Mr. Margaliot founded Linguistic Agents in 1999. Prior to founding Linguistic Agents, Mr. Margaliot was the Head Technologist for the Jen Communications software company. Prior to that Mr. Margaliot was a team leader at SuperStudio. Mr. Margaliot studied Linguistics at UCLA and Computer Science at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

| Shimon Hacohen, VP of Business Development |
| | Mr. HaCohen joined Linguistic Agents in 2000. From 1978-1998, he managed a consumer products import-export business, and from 1989-1990 also served as a spokesperson for an Israeli government minister. Mr. Hacohen graduated with Honors in Political Science and Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations from the University of Chicago, and studied Law and International Relations at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem

| Moshe Wilshinsky, Member of the Board |

Mr. Wilshinsky joined Linguistic Agents in 1999 with 20 years of experience in financial services and strategic consulting. Previously, Mr. Wilshinsky co-founded Consumer Data Technologies, Israel's first Consumer Credit data company, and was a founding member of PrimaLuci, a pioneer in Photonic Technologies. He has also held senior positions at Durkee Sharlit and Associates, Wilco Financial Services in Los Angeles and was head of due diligence for Israel and Overseas (1934) Ltd., one of Israel's early technology investors. Moshe received his BA degree from NIRC.
